adult 4day plus one day free $251

these tickets say only avalible in the US does this mean i can't buy them at all' or can i only buy them when i'm there?

we are trying very hard not to use our credit cards this year (on accountants advice:erm: ) so does anyone know if we can order tickets and pay cash at Mapleleaf office in Kissimee. I know lots of dibbers pick up there tickets there.

You can buy them online from a US business (although that would require a credit card) who will deliver to you , or once you get there. if you want to pay cash I would just buy them at Disney once you arrive.

The only tickets for sale in the UK are the 5,7,14 or 21 day Premium/Ultimate passes.

You can buy the US style Magic Your Way (MYW) in the UK from a few UK sites (Park-tickets.com for example - they have a ticket agent based outside Chester), and also from lots of US sites such as Mapleleaf and UnderCoverTourist (infact UCT post theirs from Edinburgh by the way F.O.C .to UK addresses) but what you can't do is buy the popular British 7,14 or 21 day passes in the USA.

I saw a thread here recently from someone you said they always collected there tickets when they got to the US - pretty sure it was Mapleleaf..have a search among the recent posts on this board.

That said, I'm sure some of the UK sites will accept cheques/ orders by post if you contact them - why don't you phone and ask ..if you are not in a hurry for the tickets. Hope this helps :wavey:

PS - Park-tickets do 2 day passes I just checked.

We got ours from www.ticketmania.com we couldn't find anywhere cheaper.
If you buy the 3 day base + 3 visits it's $198.85 incl taxes. We find that we don't need the hopper because the parks are so big you can spend the whole day there. The hoppers are $246 + 3 visits. There's so many combinations you can just get a straight ticket with no waterparks parks, a hopper with extra parks or a base with no hopping and extra parks etc. It all depends on what you want.

We have ordered tickets from Mapleleaf and will be collecting them from their shop between markers 13 and 14 on the 192(or it could be 14 and 15).

So if you are staying off site you could visit them before you go to a park. They are opene 7 days a week too.

we really do need the hopping option on the tickets as we want to do 2 parks a day, MGM then on to epcot for illuminations one day. and AK then on to MK for parades and wishes.

could we book tickets through mapleleaf then pay by cash on pick up does anyone know?

other than mapleleaf the only 2day tickets i can find is through the WDW site are for US residents only.

does this mean i won't be able to get a 2 day hopper on the gate?

You will be able to get a 2 day hopper on the gate, just not in advance - and iirc, it will be cheaper than Mapleleaf as they add a surcharge onto 1 & 2 day tickets as they are not generally available to the UK

eta - yup $188.51 inc tax on the gate :)

The 2 day hopper from tickertmania is $193 incl taxes, don't think Mapleleaf incl taxes.

.
It was me that made the post.
Yes, tis true, we just wander into the Mapleleaf office on the 192 and get our tickets there and then . We dont even bother to book them in advance.
We get them from Mapleleaf because we dont bother to hop and can get exactly want we need from them.
Have never met Omar yet, but his father is an absolute gem. His knowledge of whats happening in the Orlando area is fantastic.
Have never asked for tickets , only to be he didnt have them in stock. The guy has tickets for everything and more. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Please note also that Mapleleaf prices have the tax added, and if you print off the price sheet before you go, if his prices have gone up before you get to the office, then he will honour the price on your printoff.

We tried the hopping thing the first time we went in 2000 and found it just wasnt for us.We have 4 DDs and at the time they were only aged 6 and 8 , so it was more of a hinderence to move from park to park, if you know what I mean.
I suppose if we where in a certain park and wanted to watch a firework Display in another , then we cant, but that would be the only reason we would hop and I cant justify paying out quite a lot of money [6 adult tickets] just to see a firework display or a show Im going to get the chance to see anyway, on the day we visit that park. Having seen all the shows over the past 7 years, if we do miss one , its not so much of an upset anymore.

We have bought the 4 day base tickets from Mapleleaf for the last 2 visits, and they are upgraded to 5 day for free. That gives 1 day for MK,AK,MGM and 2 days for EPCOT. That amount of time in the parks does us fine as weve been to them all several times now. We also do Seaworld every trip and Universal every other trip.
We do get away to the Gulf Coast at least once per trip and will fit in a stock car race meeting and a baseball game if its the right time of the year. I honestly couldnt do the parks more than Ive said above, it'd drive me nuts.

This year we are planning to do only 1 Disney park, but we are planning to get the 5 park Flexticket. We have never been to IOA or Busch Gardens, so we have promised ourselves to do them this year, along with our visit to Seaworld and its Universals turn again this year:grin:
The main problem this year will be which Disney park. We all have our favourites. Me being the eldest should get the right to choose;) , but no doubt if I dont let Suzie choose, then it could be the spare room for the next 12 months:confused2
