I don't think they are obliged to take them back but they may do as a gesture of goodwill. Does your sister have travel insurance? I think they should cover the tickets on her travel insurance.

As far as I am aware, you will not be able to claim on your travel insurance.

My dad was diagnosed as terminally ill after we booked our holiday. I rang the insurance to see what I would be covered for and they told me only the accommodation and flights.

Attraction Tickets Direct is also Orlando Ticket Deals and YES they will (or they used to) accept you to cancel some of the tickets there will be a £25 charge per ticket I think it's classed as a restock fee but only if the tickets have not been used, I would sugest you give them a call as soon as and talk to them explaining things.
