We have recently received a letter informing us we have been upgraded to Loews Gold Members!
Not bad going considering we have only stayed once! :confused2
Now it states that we can upgrade to a suite for $35 per night! Has anyone done this? Can you request the suite when you make your booking or is it just based on availabilty when you check-in? Would the Kids Suites be included in this offer?
Thank you!

From memory, in the past it was based upon availability at time of of check-in and dependant on you paying rack-rate for the room.

Not sure what the current rules are though.

Check on the Loews First web site - www.loewsfirst.com and there is a link taking you to the benefits of the different 'colours'. :wavey:

Many thanks for your replies! :thumbs-up
The website states that the suite upgrade can only be booked at check-in, if available!
