I see these are used a lot for ATD price matching, but what are they like to use as they have something I want, that ATD don't.

Taggie..Never used them personally, but never read a bad report about them either.. which should mean that they are reliable...otherwise they would have been zapped by someone on here..hope this helps ..

Hurriedly erased my message manually as I did hear one zapping about a company with a very similar name but NOT the one you've mentioned.

I rang them with a query, their computers were running slow, so they said they would ring me back and they did :thumbs-up

We ordered our Universal tickets from them a few days ago. They said we should receive them within 10 days.

Phew......searched through our old receipts and found receipt from themeparkticketsdirect (used them way before learning anything on the dibb).

They were brilliant. Real tickets /Real quick!

Funny thing is I remember the ticket pictures. We've got two boys and the kids tickets were 1 of motors cars action & 1 of prince charming & cinderella.
That was the only thing as neither lad wanted the 'girly' ticket.
