this is a simple question for anyone who has bought tickets in the UK and received a voucher.

What does it look like, is it just an A4 letter with your details on or is it an actual card voucher of some sort?

I ask because Ive had a voucher in the post to redeem at the park entrance but its really just a printed letter with our ticket details on.

Alvin, i've had one, from keith Prowse, a few years ago now, we got a printed slip of paper and you just hand in at the booth for collection of tickets and they hand you your tickets.

we had one for our felx ticket last sept, it was just a small peice of paper (just a bit larger than a cheque) with another peice attached to it! all we did was take this to sea worlds guest services and hey presto normal tickets

Also got our vouchers in a cheque book style folder, and just had to redeem the peice of paper at the guest services counter at Seaworld. I must admit, I felt a bit panicky when I received the voucher in the post before we left, it looked somewhat "homemade"! But everything was fine, and there were lots of people exchanging their vouchers for tickets when we went, so obviously, this is the way to go!

A friend of mine uses a company which only send out vouchers and yes they are usually slips of printed paper.

As the other Dibbers have said, you just hand the slip of paper in and this will be replaced with your park tickets.
