Theme park tickets

We've booked 14 day ultimate disney tickets ane 4 park flexi tickets with virgin, does anyone know if these will be sent prior to travel or will we have to collect them when we get there? Thanks

You will be sent vouchers with your flight tickets which you will need to exchange at the parks

Thanks very much. I was worrying we would have to attend the welcome meeting to collect them before we could get on and get in the parks!! Feel much better now!:)
