Are the moderate resort drinks refill stations open 24 hours a day?

On another thread I got the impression some refill stations for refillable mugs are open 24 hours a day.....are the moderate resorts?? Last time at All Star Movies we had to organise our last hot drink around it's closing time.

When we were at POFQ 2 years ago, I am pretty sure they closed the cafe for the night, around 11pm and reopened around 6am.

Cant speak for moderates, but values food courts close at midnight and open again at 6.....i would imagine moderates would be the same!
There are plenty of juice machines though if you get desperate!

Food courts all close at midnight and open again for breakfast, I think 6am, certainly before 7am. It was frustrating not to be able to get a hot chocolate some nights!
