Argh! ADR help

I think i'm the only person that doesn't understand what the hell the people on the other end of the phone are going on about, when booking ADR's!

I'm in queue & then they start asking for a resveration no, & then 10 digit phone number.

Can anyone help? because i'm starting to feel a little frustrated right now :(

Just keep hitting # and you will eventually get through to a person which I find considerably more workable!!

The # key will work to bypass all that, otherwise just put in your home phone number minus the first 0 in place of a reservation number to proceed to speaking to a live CM.
