Villa Community near Sea World / Universal

We're putting together ideas for a possible 2008 trip. If we do go back we would only have Sea World and Universal tickets so I am wondering where the closest Villa communities to these two parks. If there aren't any would we be better staying somewhere near the 27/ I-4 junction? If you've stayed in this area what are the traveling times like.

Hi our villa is on the 27 and it takes us 15 minutes to get down the I4 but if it's busy then 20 - 30min plus

I think the nearest community would be Indian Wells - it's just a stone's throw from the bottom of International Drive. We've stayed there twice and found it to be a great location although it's an older community and seems to have fewer rental homes and more permanent residents. I'd definitely recommend it all the same.

If you are after a short drive then you would be best looking at the 192 central or eastern area but if you don't mind a short drive then the west 192 or 27 is where the newer develpments are.
As long as you get to see some pics of the place before you book you can't go wrong with new, old or location really, just may take an extra 10 min in the car.
