Is Beltz Outlets Closed?

This used to be my favourite for going and stocking up on trainers at Nike outlet. I will be gutted if it has gone. Tell me it isn't true!

everything on the nike side is staying but everything "beltz side" is going to be reconstructed.

Thats ok, as long as Nike is there! Mind you I found one at the other mall at the other end of i-drive as well. They minght have put soemthing good on there by the time I get there. Thank you!

nike has a new location at LBV outlets aswell. everyother day nike get new stuff in. its great!!

Last time we went in 2005 Belz was like a ghost town. If anything needs redeveloping it's that place. They did have some decent shops and bargains there once but not now. Orlando Premium Outlets is now the place to shop for me.

just been on to the belz website its changed its name to prime, mall two to be completed by july 2007 and mall one sometime next year, we love this place for our clothes especially gap and timberland for my dh and two ds.

I am a recent convert to LBV Outlets, I have found recent trips to Premium Outlet ro be a little disappointing.
I love the Fossil and Old Navy outlets at LBV. The food court is a bit drab but there is a great little Turkish coffee shop with internet access at LBV

Prime Is Going Through A Complete Rebuild So No Wonder People Thought It A Ghost Town And Dissapointing.
Just Wait Till Its Rebuilt And Properly Open Then Decide If You Like It Or Not, Just Give The Place A Chance.

There's a huge Nike outlet on the 192. Some Belz stores from the main mall have been moved to the smaller strips temporarily. Once it's done I think it'll be great.

Premium outlets is okay, but it's priced for tourists. ;) There are better bargains and more choice if you go a little further.

We go to the Prime outlets at Ellenton which is Sarasota way. They are much better than belz was and also gives premium a run for its money. I hope Prime turns belz into a good site like Ellenton.(not so far to drive);)

The Designer Outlet place at Belz is still open as normal. Nothing has changed there.
Just been this morning to the Festival Bay place across the road and its no better than its ever been. I would think its 80% unoccupied now and its like a ghost town. Spoke to a few shopkeepers and they are going mad about the situation and probably going bust at the same time.
