Was thinking about doing Discovery Cove this time and I wondered if they took your photo with the dolphin?

They take lots of pics which you can choose from (and purchase) afterwards. You can also get a video (at a price!). I was a bit disappointed with the video as it was mostly really cheesy advertising for Discovery Cove with my dolphin swim at the end, so I would stick with the photos. It is a fab park though. Am going again this time, but not doing the dolphin swim. Taking my sis in-law and niece who will be doing the d/swim.

Hi, you need to book as soon as you can, we have booked for Easter and just tried to add on an additional perosn to swim without joy! Our original booking was back in august.

We went to discovery Cove last year and I think they told us to arrive at 8.30. We got there at 7.30 and were third in the queue. They checked us in straight away and by the time they took our photos and sorted out our passes we went straight to collect our snorkels and wet gear and had the first swim of the day with the dolphins.

I am counting on them getting some lovely pics of me and my Dgf with our dolphin, have seen pics that a work colleague had done and they were gorgeous!

We went to DC last Sept, WHAT A DAY, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!, you'll love it. About the photos, what we did was buy a few photos and a couple of keyrings for my girls but we also bought the CD of all your photos, that way you are buying the copyright and you can print as many of the photos as you like when you are home. You can do it on your computor or as I did take them to a photo booth and select the ones you want printed.
I don't think the CD was that expensive compared to if you purchased every photo seperatley.
We also purchased the DVD, and I agree with gingercatwoman, most of it is a bit cheesy and advertising DC, but my girls LOVE looking at it and saying `that's where we where, and that bit was where this happened`, so it's good just for the memories of the park, if nothing else.
