We did one when we were there in November. I booked it through attraction tickets direct as a surprise for my partners 50th birthday. After booking I began to feel a bit nervous as I am afraid of heights but when it came to being up in the balloon there were no nerves at all and it was a really great experience.

it sounds great - plan to do it next trip - ? with who - but the advise i was given was book it for the first few days of your holiday as you are awake early and it is a very early start - and also if it is cancelled because of the weather you have time to re-schedule - have fun

Hi
Would definitely recommend a balloon flight.
We flew with Orange Blossom Balloons. We booked online before we went. They recommend booking earlyish in your hol incase it gets postponed due to weather - you can rebook it for later in the hol.
You get a full buffet breakfast with OBB at an hotel on the 192.
Its a very early start (meet at 6am), and you have to help to get the balloon inflated, then deflated & rolled up at the end of the flight - but well worth it. And you still have a full day to go wherever you want (we were back in our villa for about 9.30 - 10)

We did this last year and have to say one of the best experiences ever
We went with Bluewater Balloons and it was just such a peaceful experience
that I would love to repeat
A very early start in the morning but well worth it

we went on a balloon flight 2 years ago with orange blossom balloons, great bunch of guys, made us feel very welcome. was a great flight as other balloon companies were at the same takeoff field and that day there was quite a few balloons all following each other. anyone who has not done this and wants to do something different in Orlando should do it. when the burners are not flaming its so peaceful up there in the sky.
heres a picture i took when we went

:stupid: We have flown with Orange Blossom twice and both times were great. I think they have now combined with another company and become Orlando balloons. When we flew this time there were 6 balloons in our group at take off and the breakfast afterwards was great too (at Best Western lakeside!).
