Wolfgang Puck Express DtD closed for refurb

I know some of you are planning to eat at the delicious WPE at Downtown Disney in September, so thought I'd better tell you of a conversation we had with the manager.

They'll be closing for a month in September for a complete refurb (brown and green with light wood chairs) and there will be a whole new menu too.

WPs at West Side will stay open. They are run by completely different companies. The one at West Side is a franchise the one at DtD is corporate.

Is it just the 'express' or the cafe as well? We had planned to book an ADR at the cafe on our DDP

It's just the Express on the World of Disney shopping side.

We've never been to the Cafe. The menu sounds very tasty though. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on it.

I can breathe again!!! We've made it a bit of a tradition going for dinner on our last night there each year! The food is fantastic and try to get a table outside looking over the water, it makes such a lovely evening. xx
