We have a couple of Table Service breakfasts to book (or buffets). We already have Boma on our list and would love to know peoples' top 5 breakfasts in WDW. Our top priority is really good food :tounge: . We are not worried about characters (just Me and DH this trip), but if the food is excellent then we will definitely consider Character Breakfasts!
Piping hot food, freshly sqeezed oj and plenty of choice are things that are quite high on our list.
So please get your thinking caps on and tell me your top 5??
Thank you :spin: :spin:
(PS we're on the DDP so not worried about cost)

We've chosen Boma and Kona Cafe for breakfasts. The Grand Floridian Cafe one looks nice too.

For food, Boma is tops, but since you have that already, I'm going to suggest Ohana. The food is served family style, so no missing the characters while you're at the buffet. Service was great, the welcome bread you start with is yummy and the juice is lovely, there is the usual cooked fayre on a platter and lots of fresh fruit to follow and very nice coffee. We couldn't fault it.

1900 Park Fayre for us too! In fact we wont go to any others now as the food is so much better than all the others we have tried. As well as that it isnt as manic as some and we like the fact that the characters are slightly 'different'. Love it!

Cape May Cafe. Fabulous buffet, has to be my favourite for the selection and quality of food.

My favourite was Spoodles. I'm not personally a big fan of buffet as I like my hot breakfast freshly made and not under a heat lamp for half an hour. Spoodles is table service with a good menu.

Offsite I would say IHOP.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Crystal Palace yet, it is such a lovely setting and the food is delicious. And of course if you book it right you can get into the park early;)

I have to say Ohana breakfast is great but so is Cape May. If you want fun and characters try Chef Mickeys even for adults it's a good laugh. If you are a "princess" thry Akerhaus in Epcosts Norway. All have fantastic food nad come highly recommended. Even if you don't want to get the autgraphs yourself it's fun watching the kids get theirs!!!

Would it be better value to have a breakfast buffet as we will be using up 1 TS credit on our DDP????
If so, then I can't decide between Crystal Palace, Chef Mickeys, another breakfast at Boma or possibly 'Ohana......or does anyone know of any good non character breakfast buffets??

OUr favourite is Cape May cafe, I booked there after reading it was a US food critic's favourite place to eat breakfast in WDW. I wasn't disappointed, great choice, lovely setting and characters too.

We are thinking of doing this. You need to know what time the park is opening (and if there is EMH that day). Then book your breakfast for a time before the park opens. They will let you in early, and you get to walk up Main St and take pics before everyone else arrives! sounds cool!! :cool2:

.......Gala, unfortunately I believe 1900 Park Fare will be closed when we are out there in early sept

It's moving premises to Grand Floridian Cafe not closing although it will be pre-plated (like CRT) not a buffet.

As someone has mentioned before we are very much 'breakfast people', our favourites are;
Boma
Cape May
Crystal Palace
1900 Park Fair
'OHana
Princess Storybook at Akershus (Epcot)
CRT
Chef Mickey's

In fact apart from Whispering Canyon and Breakfastausaurus we love them all.
I'd like to try Kona Cafe one day.

I think the early bookings for CP go first so be quick. We got a 8.20am booking while the park opening was 9am so were able to take photos of the castle while it was quiet :).
