Hi am i being totally nieve or what.......:confused2
i just went to book a cheap weekend away in spain and it says its our responsibilty to ensure we have all document including Visas? as i went throught the booking forms online?? anyone shed any light?

If you're a British passport holder you won't need anything (other than your passport, of course)

No visa needed if you are a national of an EEC country , not sure about anyone else though

Well we go to spain at least twice a year and in the last 10 years I have only had to show my passport twice. A visa is not needed

Sounds like the travel agent covering their backs! If you are a UK citizen you should be fine!
