:wavey:

My parents want to go to Las Vegas to celebrate their 60th b'days and 40th wedding anniversary this year! The plan is to do Vegas for a few days and then they would like to go for a beach hol for remainder to relax (we have just returned from our 1st trip to WDW, so they want a relaxing hol!).

Has anybody got any good idea's on where they could go for the beach hol as they do not want to spend a long time on a plane from Vegas to beach?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance xx

I've heard that Carmel CA is supposed to be beautiful but haven't been there myself.

Carmel is beautiful, and so is Monterey, but it is very breezy, to enjoy the sunshine Santa Barbara or around that area might be better.

We did Vegas last year for our joint 60th spent 4 days Vegas including a flight/coach trip to the Grand Canyon. then went down to Orlando for a week but didn't visit any parks apart from Blizzard Beach just rested in the sun:d:
then we went up to New York for 3 days. We had a wonderful time and it was nice seeing other places but still getting an Orlando fix:)
This year to celebrate 40th Wedding Anniversary we are doing a cruise and stay!!

Try looking at ATA.com web page. You can get very cheap flights ($450) from Vegas to Hawaii (HNL). Flight time is between 5 to 6 hours.
