We always use Attraction Tickets Direct as, like you say, they're extremely efficient and their prices are completitive too. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We ordered 7 adult disney and 7 adult 5 park flex tickets last friday they price matched from theme park tickets direct,and we had our tickets in our hand yesterday morning.this is the third year we have used them and wouldnt use anyone else.

Ours arrived 3 days later, spoke to lovely man when ordering over the phone, email confirmation arrived within minutes.....however....when I went to the post office to collect them the post office couldn't find them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cry: 5 minutes later and me practically climbing over the counter they turned up, much to my relief!
I cheekily emailed ATD customer services to thank them for their prompt service and asked if I could advertise them by being given one of their free Disney Backpacks (the one you get for ordering over £700, we only spent £500)....but no luck, didn't get sent one :(

I also enquired about the 'Free' survival bag for spending over £700 (which I will do). They said they would Either Price match OR send the free bag.

If they don't price match the 'Free' bag would cost £54 !

It kind of makes the scrooge in me think, "well, you are only matching the others, I'll go with the others!". Give the bag and all £1000 worth of business is yours!.

yes i kind of agree with you and see your point.....But in my case we havent had a problem with them and feel abit worried about trying someone else....

Thanks again Dibbers a lot of time saved trawling through other sites by just reading this one. I have booked Universal tickets through Attraction Tickets Direct this morning. Very quick and easy and price matched instantly so £55 per adult for the 2 day 2 park tickets. :spin:

I didn't realise the 7 and 14 day tickets had gone for Universal until reading the forums on here, shame but we have the Disney 14 day ultimate and DDP so will be spending most of our time there anyway.:D

Careful guys. I just ordered £816 worth of tickets for disney, sealife and universal. They price matched them, this saved me £52. However when i asked for the "free" survival pack for spending over £700, they said as they price matched I'm not entitled to it!!!!!

Has anyone else had this? should i challenge this?

themeparkticketsdirect - these have had mixed reports (or mixed up given all the similar names!) - but are showing 14 day disney as Adult £153 and Child £133!.
So....Then go to the highly recommended ATD (attraction-tickets-direct) and get them to price match THAT!!

(Also, tell them you already have a phonecard, hat, ticket wallet and ruck-sack, so you dont even want theirs anyway...nurrh!!) - actually dont do that, your tickets may get "Lost"!! ;-)
