That's shocking service, did you give them her departure date when you ordered?
Can she cancel and order from a US company and collect tickets or have them delivered to her accommodation when she arrives?

I had to chase them for my tickets last year, so wouldn't order from them again.

I thought I remembered you saying your mum was booked to go with you in October....did she change her mind?
It's really short notice to be able to get tickets by another company now...shocking service

I have ordered mine from here and the service was shocking ! I have told them i want them delivered in March when we have paid in full even though we are going in May ! I am very nervous about them tbh ! Have they said they will refund the money ? If so you will have to get them there as someone has said . What do they suggest you do ? I would read them the riot act and tell them what a shocking reputation thay are getting ! They are a subsidiary of another bigger conpany so you could take it above them. I am so sorry this has happened to you .What they have done is outrageous !!!!!!!!!

For October if you haven't already ordered them i know most people on here sing the praises of Attraction tickets direct. I have used Online Florida no problem in the past and wish i had stuck to them now ! When you order them for October also give your departure date as a month before. But as you say not good enough at all !

Well maybe you should let Stu know that the service they gave you was terrible . That's the trouble though advertising is not the same as endorsing. I booked mine after someone on here said about a great deal with them , wish i had checked them out more though now ( my fault ).But some people have had an ok service with them. I hope you get it all sorted , lesson learned we will never use them again eh ?

If it's only Universal tickets she needs, order them online through the Universal website and collect from will-call when she gets to the park, it's easy to do and you get the benefit of the web-only deals and prices.

Unfortunately advertising isn't the same as recommending, they simply pay for space on the site. It wouldn't hurt to let Stu know you've had bad service or post on the sponsors forum so others can see what happened to you. I'd always check out any company's reputation wth those who've used them before ordering.

A tip for the future is always to give a departure date ahead of the actual date, so you have plenty time to sort out any problems with non-arrival of tickets.

If you go into personal messaging , then put in stu to username it will come up.I am not sure he can do or say anything but he will probably want to know your feelings on someone who advertises here.
