No, not too late. I was there last week and got a charcahter meal by walking in. But I doubt you could do this for the Princess ones.

no, give them a ring and see what's still available - I would have a few choices of dates or restaurants in mind as you might not get your first choice but you will definitely get something booked

Defo the Princess Storybook Dining at Epcot. Much better than CInderellas Royal table.
