Is this Website genuine & if so, do they give a prompt service?
I am going away in July and i would like to know if i bought them now would they send them within the 8 days after paying for them as they said they would? Thankyou, Silvermane.

I guess i am covering old ground here! I have just read other sections.
Ordered & paid for my tickets, double checked triple checked and then realised after paying that i paid for 2 adults and 2 children when in fact my eldest will be 12 yrs when we travel! Derrr..
My heart started pounding thinking i might not be able to do anything, however i have just phoned them up and paid the difference online. I do hope the correct ones come!

Just realised i could have got cheaper tickets at http://themeparkticketsdirect.com, anyway i had already bought mine this morning from http://www.orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk.
However from whom i bought them they have a price beat promise where if you see them cheaper they will refund you the difference, so i have just phoned them up and they are refunding me £49.00!!!! :spin:

We bought our tickets with OTD's and no problems.
We had to wait 10 days fot the 2 week universal tickets, dont know if they had to send away for them or not.
Would definetly use them again

We bought all our tickets for our Orlando trip ,in Nov 06.They were very good,got tickets not vouchers.I would use them again,no worries....

:spin: I've just ordered a load of tickets from them today so can't comment on delivery just yet. They did price match everyone and in fact were £3 cheaper than anywhere else for Disc. Cove. I phoned 6 different providers and in the end they came out £40 cheaper than the nearest price offered for the range of tickets I was after. I also received a confirmation email within minutes of ordering over the telephone. All in all 10/10 so far. I'll finalise my score when I receive the tickets, which should be in about 8 days :thumbs-up

Ordered ours had an email confirmation of our order and also an email when they were dispatched no problems at all, maybe they are waiting for tickets to come in from the US.
Hope they arrive soon. :wavey:

Ordered nearly £3000 of tickets :cry: from Orlando Ticket Deals last thursday (22/2) via the phone (got them to do a better deal this way after investigating the net thoroughly). Received a confirmation email of the order from them instantly, then an email yesterday to say they had all been posted and should be with me special delivery by 1pm. Nice postman asked for a signature at 12.15.:goofy_bou Seems very real that we're going now!

They come highly recommended for customer service, speed and price. 10/10

i've ordered some and they arrived v quick, but in the email they sent, it said "if you've ordered tickets for discovery cove they will be vouchers not tickets" but i still had to sign for them, which isn't what they said.

So i'm a little confused now.. having never been before, how do i know if what i've got is vouchers or tickets, and if they are vouchers, do i need to do anything else??

i think it took a week for them to arrive. didn't have a call from them to confirm date, just had an email when they had been posted. but we got the date we wanted.
might be worth giving them a call, then your mind is at rest:)
