I have looked at the site and i can't seem to see where it tells you how long they take in dispatching your tickets?
Phone them up to see if they have sent them out & if it was via Special Delivery, ask for the Track & Trace Number which you can look up on the net for current status.
I hope this helps + if it was sent via Recorded they will have proof of posting and you will be covered for £32.00 in losses if it goes missing. If you have paid out more in tickets, they will have to find the rest.
Its always wise to have tickets sent out via Special Delivery in case of a loss so you are covered for the whole amount.
Its only around £4.95 for the item to be sent out via Special Delivery, if a company doesn't give this option ask them if you can pay for the option its soooo worth it, if you are spending over £32 in theme park ticket money.

If you get no joy from the company, ask by which method they posted them by if they have sent them out and when.
If it was via Special Delivery ask for the track & trace number like i mentioned yesterday the number can be looked up on the net to see where it is.
If it was sent out by recorded or first class mention the proof of posting get them to claim it back, they will get £32.00 back but will have to give you the full amount.
Special delivery will give you back the full amount of £400.00 but i can't understand why this would go missing, on the net with the track & trace you can even view who signed for it
If it was sent out via recorded or first class the company will be entitled to receive £32.00 for you, although they will have to reinburst you the full amount (Read their rules and disclaimers)
If you have paid out £400.00 make them claim the loss and they will have to cough up the rest because they should have known better to send it via special delivery re: the insurance on the amount you spent with them.
Many people think that recorded delivery is safe as houses when in matter of fact is just the same as sending via a first class stamp where insurance loss purposes are concerned.
The company where you bought the tickets from are referred to as the "Seller" so its their responsibility to claim any losses for the recipient.
I did not see anywhere on the site about how long it would take for them to post out your tickets so that to me is telling me they can take as long as they want.
If they do not refund the loss if it is lost, then inform trading standards they are very thorough and watchdog and get all the information together any correspondace you send out, post it via Specail delivery to prove that you have got in touch with them, Phone calls do not suffice. A special delivery letter to them will get there, so theres no excuse that they happen not to receive corrospondance form you.
Lastly if you paid via credit card some companies will reverse the transaction in the case of a loss!
Then again it may be all innocent and they may simply be out of stock of the tickets!!
Let me know how you get on.

Look out for the cover for Recorded and see what i mean if you are spending a lot on Theme Park Tickets.
Special Delivery as i mentioned last week is much safer for compensation if post goes astray.

I collected my tickets from the delivery office.
Everything in order and i am £150.00 better off buying them online than from the Disney Shop and some other travel agents! ;)
