Can anyone tell me how you go about getting Attraction Tickets Direct to price match?
Can you ask them to do this before issuing tickets, or do you have to buy them and then ask them to refund the difference?
Also, what evidence do they ask for from you to confirm the lower price? Their Terms and conditions say they wil match any "brochured" price, but the one I've seen is on a website.
I have decided (from reading posts on The Dibb) that ATD seem to be the most reliable company, but other companies (who seem less reliable at posting tickets out, or only issue e-tickets) are undercutting them by at least £10.
I wish ATD would just price match properly, and publish a reduction in their prices!

Freckles, I came to the same conclusion after reviewing other ticket deals and comments on Dibb. I phoned ATD Sunday and they price matched immediately over the phone when I quoted cheaper Universal tickets available via Theme park tickets direct. They must check on-line as it was so quick and I paid the cheaper fee by card there and then so no need to seek a refund of the difference.
I decided to use ATD on the evidence of reviews from Dibbers as others had some mixed reviews.. Hope that helps :wavey:

Thanks, Bluestuff, it does seem the logical thing to do. I just wanted to be sure of my fact before I phone.

That's good to know - I hate it when things take ages to come through. Once I've done my bit, I like to be able to tick it off on the list properly!

Its been 5 days since I ordered from ATD and still nothing :D but with Online Florida we normally recieve within 48hrs :D

They do say 7 days on the website.
I have just phoned them, very pleasant and helpful, price matched instantly, and the email confirmation came through before I had finished the call.
They did tell me 8-10 days for delivery, but said it would be registered post.

We always use ATD. They always price match our lowest quote and the tickets have never been more than 7 days. That includes the Discovery Cove vouchers. We didn't do Discovery Cove last year and the tickets were with us in 48 hours. You get the tickets as well and not a voucher so there is no need to queue twice at the park gates. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Hello,
It seems both ATD & OF both will price match.
The difference between them is the postage.
Attraction Tickets Direct:
All tickets are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra charge.
Online Florida:
Tickets will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 7-10 working days of a booking. We do not charge for this method of delivery.
Does anyone know the difference between these two methods of postage?
Which one is the safest?
Thanks in advance, :)

Will ATD match Florida-magic-tickets as these are e-tickets.
Could save £52 on four tickets which would cover a character meal!
