When we went in 2002 it was mid to the end of May. The parks were fairly quiet until the last few days when it seemed a lot of the US kids had started school holidays. In 2004 and 2006 we went in the first 2 weeks of May and IOA/US/BG were quiet and the Disney parks were fairly quiet, MK being the busiest

We went the first 2 weeks in may 2004, parks were not too bad longest queue was 30 minutes

we always go in may and find that you dont wait long for many of the rides except maybe at peak times of the day - so thumbs up for may always :wavey:

WE'VE BEEN IN MAY AND I PERSONALLY THINK ITS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO GO,

THE WEATHERS NOT TOO HOT AND THE PARKS AREN'T TOO BUSY EITHER

we are thinking of going May next year,on our previous trips its been xmas once and three times in Nov.It seems to be getting very popular to go Nov,could be because all the Christmas events seem to be starting earlier,so its going to be May for us come 2008,sounds ages away...

When we went at the beginning of May they we're OK, queues not at all bad, but nearer to Spring Bank Holiday they were busy, the US vacations start around mid May so from then until late August it was really busy. May is a great time to go, weather glorious, low humidity, temp 70-80, very few afternoon showers, about one of the best months. Have a great time:wave:
