How many 'extra days' with a 7 day Disney ticket?

We purchased 4 of the 7 day, non expiry, disney tickets from Attraction Tickets Direct back in December 2004. By the time we received them the life expiry option was no longer available on advance tickets but ATD refunded us the difference so we upgraded to life at DW in May 2005. We used 3 'park days' leaving us 4 days for our 3 week visit in October this year. We used 1 'extra day' (BB) and I can't remember how many were included (4 or 5), so I don't know how many days we have left for BB, TL, PI and DQ. Does anyone know how many 'extra days' were included with the 7 day ticket at that time?

I have these tickets too. What is meant by Downtown disney as an extra day ? Do you need a ticket to enter DTD or is their an attraction there that I am unaware of ? Do you mean entrance to the clubs on the island ?
