Path behind Goofy Barnstormer

I was looking on live.com and i noticed behind the Goofy's BArnstorm there is a reddish colored path the goes behind the speedway and over to the area by space mountain. Is this a path that is open to the public or is it a cast member path only.

It's publically accessible. Leads from Toontown to Tomorrowland.

Quite often there is no one else on it. Its a great short cut and you often get a toot and a wave from the train driver.

It's a great short cut from Toontown to Tomorrowland and is used as a trick or treat trail at MNSSHP.

Us neither until we did MNSSHP last year and it was part of the trail!!

We discovered this last year, a fabulous short cut to Tomorrowland which avoids the crazy Fanatasyland which is always crowded.
