FOTL in August?

After reading the discussions on how busy it's likely to be the last week of Aug and 1st week of Sept - do you think it's worth getting FOTL tickets by staying onsite in Universal?

I dont think its going to be very busy in the last week but if it were me, I would still stay in a Universal hotel - only because I loved RPR and FOTL access. It was such a treat.
