Hi,
I ordered from here nearly 2 weeks ago - no email confirmation, no tickets so far and the money was taken out of the credit card straight away.
I'm getting really, really nervous now. With just 2 weeks left until we go I wondering if I should order from somewhere else as well. However, I've just realised that there were different delivery options and the standard one is to receive the tickets 14 days after the order. I would be happy with this, but as I haven't had a email confirmation either it feels like my money has gone down a black hole.
I rang them up earlier this week and he said I would have the tickets by the weekend. Postman has been and gone - no tickets.
Mandy.

Just been looking at their cancellation policy and it does not make sense. The policy is to do with the number of days you cancel before your trip. But I thought the tickets were non expiry, so what does the date of your holiday have to do with it?
So basically, according to their policy, if I was to cancel the order I would have to 50% anyway as it is just 2 weeks to my holiday.
I really hope they arrive on Monday.
Mandy.

did they ask for the date of your holiday? sometimes these companies will not post your tickets untill 14 days before your holiday which i think can be a nerve wrecking:cry:

I ordered from American attractions...and I was a little worried that I didnt receive a confirmation email, so I called them.
But I shouldnt have worried as they tickets arrived about 4 days later.
I told them I was travelling a lot earlier than what I actually am, so I think this makes a difference.
I hope you all receive what you have paid for.

Hi thanks for all the replies, I am going to wait untill next monday if they are not here then, I will phone them.
I have also ordered tickets including bookings for Discovery Cove. We go in three weeks and ordered tickets last August, they told me that tickets arrive two weeks before you are due to leave so all is not lost yet! However am really worried especially about discovery cove as i wont get another booking this late in the day.

I did not realised that they sent them out 14 days before travel, I thought they sent them out 14 days after you had ordered them. When we went to discovery cove we ordered direct from them and they did not issue tickets just gave you a booking ref number that you had to give when you went. Hope your tickets turn up soon.

Mine still haven't arrived - its been 14 days today since I ordered. I've had no email or snail confirmation and the money left my account 2 weeks ago. I am panicking now - I go in 11 days.

I've just rang and been told that they will be dispatched today and with me tomorrow lunchtime. Like Queenofthenile, I did not realise that they send them out 14 days before travel (or in my case 11 days). That's not what it says in when you select the delivery option. Also, with their cancellation policy I don't see how it fits together.
I might feel differently if they do arrive tomorrow (can't see it if they haven't left yet and they have to come all the way up to Sunderland), but I wouldn't use them again. I would prefer to use a company that sends them out along with an email confirmation within a day or two of booking. It feels as though my money has disappeared and £800 is a lot to worry about. Worrying about the tickets has really taken the shine off the planning - everything else has gone smoothly.

Hi Anjandminne,
I must've posted at the same time as you. It the worry about whether they will be here or not. I rang them last week and was told that they would send a confirmation in the post, another email confirmation and that I'd have the tickets by the weekend. I still haven't had an email confirmation (and reading other posts I doubt they sent the first one). I haven't had a snail confirmation and still no tickets. I could do without this hassle. I don't think I would have felt as worried if I'd received some form of confirmation.

oh Mandy I know exactly what you mean about the worry.
We ordered ours in Feb and told them we were going early March (even though we are actually travelling in Oct) and they arrived within a couple of days...Im sure yours will turn up.
I think most of the ticket companys are the same though, although we did get an email confirmation when we ordered with Florida Tix last year.
Let us know when they arrive, and have a wonderful holiday.

I think they are supposed to send them by special delivery so if they send them today the post office guarantee next day delivery.

We have used them for our Universal Tickets and they were quite a while arriving we did have to chase them a few times. For our sins we ordered out disney tickets last week and are still waiting for them to arrive - where as my friend ordered hers and they arrived three days later.
All I can suggest is that you keep chasing - that is what we are going to do.:erm:

My tickets arrived today by special delivery, what a relief, when I booked them it did say they would be here on or before the 10th of march, so would like to give american attractions a big :thumbs-up and like other people have said they must be part of the attraction tickets direct as they had the same address as there's on the invoice. Really excited now, hope everyone gets there tickets soon.
