FOTL tickets for Universal

I'm debating about booking a night in RPR to get FOTL tickets. I've just read that you have to show your roomkey - but what time can you get your key? Do you check in at 4pn - or can you check in at 9am to get a full day at the park?

What about the next day - do you check out at 4pm???

It is my understanding that you can check in early doors but cannot get in to your room - you leave your bags etc in a storage area while you do the park!
I'm sure someone will correct me if that is wrong!;)

YOu can check in at 8 am if you want to, thye will give you a 'room key'and you can go off and enjoy your day at the park with FOTL access, onthe day you check out you keep your key and get the access that day as well.

We stayed for 1 night twice last year got there just before 8am both times.
The 1st visit the room was not ready so left luggage at left luggage. And got room in afternoon. Next day left luggage and collected it when left about 9pm. For second trip again just before 8am room was ready left luggage next day again. And went to Idrive before going to parks. Bought loads of stuff and another suitcase and was able to put that with the rest of our left luggage and picked it back up about 10.30. Excellent and will be doing the same again this year.

You can access FOTL from park opening on day of check in to park closing on day of check out! Well worth staying on site. Just check in asap! :wavey:

We are doing this in December so that we get two days FOTL - it will be worth all squishing in to one room (5 of us) for one night to do this.

Sounds goo will be doing it in august, as it going to work out 50 dollors for a fastpass each for 1 go on each ride working out 150 for 3 of us , when you can stay a night for 220 for unlimited access to the rides

Yep, I've had my key early at the HRH and headed off to the parks.

When I came back, they told me my room number and added access to it to the card.
