Help

Just been on the Cirque website trying to book some tickets for August. All went well until I hit the proceed button after filling CC details etc. Error message states "There was an error with you booking, please try again". So we're in limbo a bit, when I try again the seats are not available so I'm not sure whether I've bought them or they're stuck in the system....HELP please.

Has anyone used this method of booking, did you get a confirmation email immediately after??

I used them last week and got a confirmation screen and then an e-mail straight away.

Hi email them, tell them what happened, don't worry, I'm sure that u have prob purchased these seats, I've found they respond within 24 hours although Sunday and Monday are down days for them

Hi folks

Thanks for your help here, I've sorted out the La Nouba tickets with a very kind and thoughtful Disney agent. They are shipping the tickets free of delivery charge because of the problems encountered, excellent customer service. So we've booked the 9pm show on Friday 3rd August, Front and Centre....can't wait :chip_boun :dale_boun
