Well we've finally got something that resembles a plan!! We're not bothering to go to Busch Gardens, or to Blizzard Beach as DS & DD are not very strong swimmers yet so we are guessing that out of the two, TL is better than BB for them!

But as for the rest - here goes:-

Day 1 – Sunday
Early start at Epcot (FutureWorld), then get shopping & chill

Day 2 – Monday
Magic Kingdom – ADRs at CRT for breakfast

Day 3 – Tuesday
Shopping / sightseeing

Day 4 – Wednesday
MGM all day & fantasmic fireworks

Day 5 – Thursday
Animal Kingdom

Day 6 – Friday
SeaWorld

Day 7 – Saturday
Universal & Island of Adventure (Mardi Gras day)

*edit*
Day 7a!! - Sunday
Free to re-arrange!!
*end of edit*

Day 8 – Monday
Typhoon Lagoon – in evening perhaps a dinner show?

Day 9 – Tuesday
Epcot (World Showcase) & Illuminations fireworks at Epcot

Day 10 - Wednesday
Shopping / Crazy Golf / I-Drive

Day 11 – Thursday
Gatorland / BC Airboats

Day 12 – Friday
Magic Kingdom & MK Fireworks

Day 13 – Saturday
DTD Check-in then explore DownTown Disney/Disneyquest etc. till it’s time to go home…

Any comments from seasoned Disney travellers are GREATLY appreciated!!!!! :D

Looks like fun!

Are you staying for Mardi Gras as that may be a long day for 4 year olds? Doing the 2 Universal parks in 1 day is quite a lot. If you don't plan to stay for the parade and concert, I'd recommend you do a different day at Universal as it will be much busier on a Saturday and even more so for Mardi Gras.

The double stroller is a great idea, then the little ones can have a nap if they need to.

My twins were 4 when we first took them.My only advice is be flexible. We found that towards the end of the holiday the time difference, heat and general excitement really took their toll and doing things in the evening became more difficult, especially as they refused to take naps during the day!
A double stroller is a must, we hired each day but that was before we found the dibb and realised about buying.
Have fun it is amagical time and a lovely age for children to go.

Just edited the itinerary as I forgot a day! You're right, we've just been discussing it and now think it might do Universal properly the day AFTER Mardi Gras, when hopefully it will be quieter and maybe do something instead on the Saturday when the rest of the world is at Universal!!!

I have loads of beads anway. :pgig:

Dont discount BB just cos your DD and DS aren't strong swimmers!! I cant swim at all but much prefer BB over TL. I know it's personal choice, but dont make your decision on the fact that they aren't strong swimmers! x:wavey:
