anyone had kids meals recently?

How were they? I've been reading some menus and it looks like most of the interesting choices have been removed - I am seeing beefy pasta nearly everywhere. How is this in practice, are there other choices?

I didn't rate the new kids menu - there seemed to be a lot less choice. One thing I noticed is that they try to bundle things together so that, as an example, the menu will state Salad starter, Pizza main and Apples in sugar for desert for a charge of $7.49 but what it doesn't say is that you can order just the pizza if you want and they charge you less.

Disney have cut back on the kids meals since the introduction of the dining plan. DS had the kids meal steak at Concourse in August and it was about a 7oz steak - the same kids meal steak at Christmas had shrunk to a 4oz and was about 3 inches across. it was a joke and he ate it in two bits :erm:
