Help

Just got my credit card bill and it would seem I've been charged deposit for Princess Breakfast Norway and / or Hoop De Doo. Whats the problem you ask.........we're on the DDP I remember telling them possibly for HDD but I may have messed up :cry: , do they take deposit and then refund when DDP presented maybe? Any suggestions on next steps?

they will refund the amount back on to your card, when you use your credits, it has been held in case you just don't turn up ......

Thanks Val, you're a star. Just got back from a few days away on business, tired and emotional, couldn't explain charges very well to DW. This is what i hoped would happen. ;)

anytime no worries, they are a little inconsistent unfortunately, some CM's charge the cards, other will just hold the numbers without charging the card .... so it is hard to say what way it will be done ..... but it all works out in the end.

You did well getting Hoop De Doo - the DDP can only be used for Cat 2 and 3 seats, and there aren't many of those. It was our one failure during our planning, and it's a bit of pain 'cos I really needed to use up the 2 credits!

Had to juggle the dates but got Sun 5th August at 7.15 which I thought was quite good really. Its CAT2 because of DDP but we don't mind this as DD doesn't really want to be "interactive". :pgig:
