Has anyone done the Donald's Breakfastosaurus at AK?
Is it any good and how different is it from the other 2 i've done which are Chef Mickeys and O'Hana's.

Haven't Done The Other Two So Can't Comment On The Differences, But I Think Its Well Worth The Money, Would Do It Again

I love it, and go everytime. The characters are great and I felt we had more interaction than at Chef Mickeys....

The food is my favourite, syrup, sausages and loads of fried breakfast (there is fruit and pastries as well)

The best bit is that if you are an early sitting as we do then we always get to ride Everest straight away and get fast pass as you have a head start on the other guest coming into the park once the ropes are dropped...

We did this last year and were very disappointed. However, I think this is because we went for a late breakfast and they were rushing to get us out. We are going to go back next year to give it another try as most people have nothing but priase for it. See our trip reports for more info

We did it last year and were also disappointed the lines to get in were huge and also inside for the food. We've also done Chef Mickey's and Cape May (at the Beach Club) both of which we loved

Another here that didn't like Breakfastosaurus when we went in 2002 and have never been back since. We have done Chef Mickey's and 'OHana for breakfast (in fact I think we have eaten breakfast at all the character meals at WDW) and really enjoyed them both. There is only Donald's that we didn't like out of them all.

Now, we loved it, loved it, loved it. In fact, I would say I liked it more than the other character meals we have done. It's worth a visit for the breakfast pizza alone!!

We've done it twice, the food was very nice, but we also thought the character's were rushed, we thought maybe it was because the kids we were with were older (early teens), we were more bothered about them that the kids were, we didn't even all get our picture's taken with them.

we have been there twice and enjoyed it, but since have discovered CP in MK and we love it there.
but its good and the food was reasonable. the servers will interact with the guests and can be amusing but no more info as it will spoil it.

we went to donalds in 2004 and it was spot on.The characters spent loads of time with the kids and the food was excellent.I couldnt praise it enough.in 2003 we did ohanas and this too was very good.but the best character meal i have had was lunch at the crystal palace.

Amazing how people's opinions vary! We went and it was OK. We had to wait outside quite a long time, which was annoying. Don't they understand what the R in ADR means! :D

We did this on our 1st visit & loved it.

We booked a late breakfst but got to the park for opening. This meant we could do the main rides whilst it was quiet. Then after the breakfast we didn't need to stop for lunch. This worked well for us

We did this in 2004 because eldest DD is well into Donald.
TBH I found it a little cramped but the food was ok - though not as good as CMs or CP. I do blame Donald's Breakfastosaurus though for DW getting a taste for cheese danish!:omg:

I understand Donald is now at CMs instead of Chip 'n Dale so DD can get her fix there!;)

We are going back to Donald's Breakfastosaurus for the third time in April. It's been great both times so far (2005 and 2003), neither too rushed or too crowded)

Little bit of 'pot luck' on this one I think.

I did it back in 2004 and whilst it wasn't as good as Chef Mickey's it was still good fun and we're doing it again this year..... very much looking forward to it! :thumbs-up

Have done chef mickeys and donalds breakfastasaurus. Our experience was that chef Mickeys was superb and that donalds was very poor. The service was rubbish, the whole experienced was rushed with the charcaters practically running round everyone. Also the venue is also a McDonalds so if you have a late breakfast they start to cook the burgers and fries while your sat there having your breakfast. Obviously other people have differing views but if you offered me the chance to pay again at chef mickeys or have donalds for free then i'd get my cash out.

Would be interested to see if the time of year you go makes any difference..... we went in peak summer last time and of course the place was packed. Perhaps this time (Mid April, after the Easter rush) we may have a totally different experience! :)

We've dome Ohanas breakfast 3 times and all enjoyed it, although the characters have changed since we were last there.

We did Donalds Breakfastosaurus once and I was the only one in our party of 4 to think it was good.

If you want more time with the characters don't be afraid to ask.
