View Full Version : Can't access DCL
We booked with Dreams Unlimited for our Cruise in August and they have given us the booking number but I am having trouble accessing our booking on the DCL site. It say's the site is down - is anyone else having problems with it?
I know I can't book anything this far out but I just wanted to see the booking to make sure it's all real and not a dream :blush:
Also, Dreams have given us a booking number and another 'group' number - what does this mean?

You will definitely be able to access the DCL site with your DU booking and make ressies etc.
Don't worry if their site is down - this is normally when they are updating it .....and don't forget our morning is their night time ,so it is reasonably common that the DCL site is unavailable in our mornings.
Yay, just got on the website and filled in my 'wish list' for spa treatments and excursions. I feel happy now :grin:

I was just going to say, when we transferred our booking over to DU the ref number that we had changed so couldn't log onto the DCL site. Managed to get it by logging back onto DU and then getting the new ref number from there.
