If you have priced the same cruise with a few places and they have come out the cheapest and you are happy with the price, then I would book it.

Hi
We stayed in a Cat 11 in Dec 2005, there were 4 of us 2 ad 2 ch, we found it ok as we were only in the stateroom for sleeping and getting ready for dinner. We are having a Cat 6 with a verandah this time but I would have been just as happy to stay in a Cat 11 again, it was DH who wanted the verandah
Im sure you will find it ok

We booked a cat 11 & ended up in a 10 which was perfect for us-2 adults, 12yr old & toddler. It was a bit tight with the cot up but it was much more spacious than I'd imagined it would be & still felt luxurious!
We paid around £700 for our 3 night cruise in Feb on The Wonder.Booked with cruisevacationoutlet.com as they gave me the best price & the guy I dealt with(Dan) was really helpful & called me at home at an arranged time so it didnt cost me an international call!

I think for a short cruise I would have no worries at all about being in a cat.11 as you will only be in there at night, and to change your clothes.
I think if you're sailing during the winter months too; say between October through to March, since it goes dark fairly early, you would certainly only get minimal benefit from an outside cabin.
I'm booking a cat6 with a verandah only because we are doing a 7 night cruise, and because we have something special to celebrate on this trip (see signature below). :)
we had a cat 11 on our first cruise and found it really good :) However, having now stayed in a Cat 6 I'm not sure I would choose a cat 11 necessarily....that's just me tho...I really love sititng out on my balcony first thing and later in the afternoon :)
To be honest they're all great though!;)
