Castaway Club Membership

Now that we've done a Disney cruise, apparently it entitles us to be Castaway Club members but when I just looked on dcl site it's asking for C/Club i.d number & I dont know where to find ours-Anyone in Castaway Club who can help me find our id???Thanks!:confused2

Hi Sally

From what I understand, UK members never seem to receive their Castaway Club information. If you call DCL directly (number is on the website) and give them your details and details of when you took your previous cruise they will give you the Castaway Club numbers for everyone in the family. Then when you book again you can enter the details as I think Castaway Club members get a free gift or something when they take the next cruise.

Thanks for that Nicola, will try emailing 1st just in case that helps! Do you know if being in the Castaway club gives you any discount on future cruises?If its just a free gift it may not be worth bothering!

Sadly there's no discount to be had, but you get a gift in your stateroom on your next cruise, plus you can book things like excursions, palo etc a little earlier than regular cruisers.:) You also get invited to the CC cocktail aprty on board ship :)

We've never had a pack sent from DCL but I know many US cruisers who ahve never received there's either! DCL are supposed to improving that soon, but I'm not holding my breath!;)

Call them or email them for your CC no's and that will be fine :)

Try emailing them. We had the same problem after our first cruise. You will need it if you book another cruise. You get your free gift in you cabin, and you also get to pre-book excursions, the Spa and Palo's, 90 days in advance.

Emailed them last night & had a reply today-together with our Castaway Club ID numbers so that was quick!
Apparently our Club pack should arrive 30-60 days after our cruise!
