OK, From a previous thread we had:
Thursday 12 April - arrive 4pm ish, dip in the pool then sleep

Friday 13 April - MGM - haven't booked a dinner ADR for all of us here as we're not sure what times kids will crash (they are usually in bed 7pm UK). We have booked a sitter though so adults will head to EPCOT for dinner

Saturday - Dad and 6yo head to AK for EMH and do Everest, Primeval Whirl; Mum and 4yo to Cindy's Breakfast at MK(8:20), then meet up in AK and do rest of park. ADR for Spirit of Aloha at 5:15

Sunday MK. Rainforest cafe for dinner. Transfer to villa at end of day

Monday - Shopping and get used to villa. Might do a couple of hours in a park, or visit water park?

Tuesday - Sea World

Wednesday Typhoon Lagoon

Thursday - IoA, 9:30 character breakfast (6yo is a Spiderman fan!)

Friday, Saturday - unplanned, but assume that we will go back to favourite parks or any that we felt we didn't spend enough time in.

Sunday, water park to tire out kids then depart.

We now have

Thursday 12 April - arrive 4pm ish, dip in the pool then sleep

Friday 13 April - MGM - haven't booked a dinner ADR for all of us here as we're not sure what times kids will crash (they are usually in bed 7pm UK). We have booked a sitter though so adults will head to EPCOT for dinner

Saturday - MK Mum and 4yo to Cindy's Breakfast at MK(8:20) ADR for Spirit of Aloha at 5:15 [We looked at tranfers times from MK to AK and saw it could take an hour, so ditched using the EMH at AK]

Sunday AK. Transfer to villa at end of day

Monday - Shopping and get used to villa. Might do a couple of hours in a park, or visit water park?

Tuesday - Morning at MK; ADR at CP for 1pm. Possibly quick trip to EP if energetic.
Wednesday Universal

Thursday - IoA, 9:30 character breakfast (6yo is a Spiderman fan!), ride on Spiderman and possibly visit Seuss Landings. The height restrictions seem to work against us for most other rides. After we're done we'll then head to Typhoon Lagoon.

Friday Seaworld

Saturday - unplanned, but assume that we will go back to favourite parks or any that we felt we didn't spend enough time in.
Sunday, water park to tire out kids then depart.

So, my questions are:-

1. Given I have a 6yo and 4yo boys is there anything in terms of meals, activities etc that are a must do that I should incorporate? I have to say that the youngest is slightly pink in his interests hence the ADR at CRT.

2. When is the best time to fit in Fantasmagic show? My kids are usually always asleep by 8pm. I'm thinking about the Monday night?

3. Our final Sat and Sunday are Grad nights at MK and Universal - anything to watch out for or avoid?

4. We will be in the parks for rope drop each day, and we've looked at the various plans for the parks in terms of order to do rides/collects FPs etc. How bad is it likely to be? We arrive the week after Easter, so the first few days are still Spring Break.

Thanks ever so much for all the tips so far - they've been great!

That looks really good! just a suggestion - have you thought about swapping the Seaworld day with the MGM day? seaworld is a lovely calm relaxing park, ideal with 2 tired kids not long off a long flight and still adjusting to the time difference.
If you did MGM later in the holiday they would have adapted to the heat, got over their tirdness and would probably be in a better frame of mind to stay up a bit later and watch fantasmic. MGM is a brilliant park, with loads of great shows to intrest your boys, everything from Indian Jones stunt show to the car stunt show, and of course beauty and the beast :)
