Beth - DO IT!!!! ToT is the most awesome ride! You'll only regret if you don't! :d:
I have to go on it on my own this time as we have our DS with us and he is too small - at least you will have your dads hand to dig your nails into! :d:
Go for it! :spin:

Just do it, the scariest part is thinking about it
Pick a time when the line is short so you don't have time to chicken out ;)
Try it !!! You dont have to do it again but only you can tell if you like it. Its one of my kids favourite the other one didnt want to do it again. We went at leat 6 times!!!!!
The themeing is really good; WDW at its best.
The theming is brilliant and because you're enclosed it doesn't feel that scary. You will really regret it if you don't do it :) I can't do "drop" rides but I've done this twice and would do it again.

I would do it. I had to think on it, first day we went to MGM I was adamant I wouldn't go on it, second time I was like what the heck if little kids can do it so can I. It was brill, rode it about four times.

It is my favourite ride at Disney so I would say do it, but the best thing I think is to look at the size chart and think if little people of that size can go it it can't be that bad.
Once you have been on it you will be on it all the time, just like me!!!!!!!!!

I have always just watched DH go off and do this on his own as well:( as I hate ''drops'':confused2 .
However last time I was brave enough to go on Kraken and I loved The Mummy:D .
So this yr I really want to do TOT and R' n' R. Looking forward to Everest as well as it wasn't completed when we were last there!
Go on.....you know you want to:thumbs-up

Hello
It is no where near as bad as kraken, but it is twice the fun. You will come of the riding having laughed so much your jaws will ache. It is all in the suspence
Do it and enjoy;)

I have a phobia of lifts but not to show the kids i was scared i agreed to go on it. I absolutely hated it.
I cant believe i went back on it the second time we went, although i nearly had a nervous breakdown.
The american guy who was on the ride with us said that he had never laughed so much. He was laughing at me!
I wont be going on it this time we go.
But i must say i was glad i did it.

did it for the first time last year. The build up is incredible!! By the time I got to the ride itself i was absolutely pooing myself, and was having second thoughts about it, but the ride is great, nowhere near as bad as i thought it would be. Cant wait to do it again in 80 days time!!!!!!
you have to do it, my 4 yr old grandson came on with me and he loved it went back on another 6 times during the day to

I did it the first time and thought it was a brill ride, but my stomach was left behind somewhere. I haven't done it since, but DH,DS and DD always head for it as the first ride of the day when we are there. At least I can say I done it. LOL
This is one of my all time fav rides - it's not to be missed!!

:d: :d: Absolutley love this ride it is brill when we went on it the 1st time in 2004 my DD kept asking why the big boys sitting behind her were crying she was only 6. This time though she decided to sit it out and wait while me and her dad rode it I love the build up to it and the very creepy bellboy!

Try it, what's the worst that can happen ?
If you don't like it, you don't have to do it again, you might (like me) just love it.
