What do you think? It is so tricky to work everything out isn't it? I know the EMH's come out on 1st April for October, but not sure whether to look at them or not - would it make that much difference? some say to avoid the parks on these days that are offering EMH's, some say go for it!! Help!!:ccat

Hi Cerisa, looking good :) just a couple of suggestions for you. Would recomend dine with shamu on your seaworld day its no more expensive than a decent meal elsewhere in the park and is worth it to see shamu up close.
On the 1st (your lazy day) I'm wondering if you may prefer to eat at DTD rather than toddling off to AKL.
Its exciting isn't it? my 180 day window opens today :)
Are you planning a MNSSHP? as that may alter things slightly.
As far as EMH goes, this is our first time onsite, so in the past we have always avoided EMH (mornings) This year we are planning a couple of EMH (evenings) but my guys are older. I am avoiding EMH mornings in the itinerary(as they do tend to be busier all day due to people without hoppers). However IF we are up early we may just nip into the EMH park and thenhop to whichever one I have planned.
Hope that helps Ceri x

Cerisa, It looks great!

We have chosen quite a few similar restaurants haven't we! I am particularly looking forward to whispering canyon.

Good luck in booking the CRT. We found it very simple last time we went and it was amazing so I hope that you get it. We rang up and got through straight away but we were apparently very lucky. Just be on the phone bang on opening time.

I think you have a lovely itinerary Cerisa!!:thumbs-up

It looks like a lot of fun and your DD's birthday is going to be fab!!:spin:

Do you plan on doing a MNSSHP? I can highly recommend it, it is a fun evening and the fireworks are amazing.
Also do you plan to go to the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot? This is another must do in my book. It won't cost you any extra on top as your normal ticket will do. You can have a relaxing stroll around World Showcase tasting food and drink from around the world. We went on its opening night last year and although it was busy, the atmosphere was electric. You will be able to use snack credits from your DDP to purchase the food samples.

Love your restaurant choices by the way.:thumbs-up

Last year i planned my whole itinerary around the EMH's and to be honest the parks always felt busy. This year i have planned all of our days around the "quiet days" but we will definately do some EMH's probably evenings as it is lovely being in the parks late.

Thanks you guys - yes, we do plan to see the Epcot Food & Wine Festival and plan to sample a few goodies with our snack credits!!!! I am really quite worried how heavy we are all going to be coming home!!:d: :d:

Not so sure about MNSSHP yet, is it possible to buy tickets there if we change our minds? Do they limit the amount of people in the parks? May look up the dates and see what to do.

Does anyone recommend a restuarant in DTD that can be used on DDP. I know Planet Hollywood is one, Cap 'n Jacks is another - not sure which is best, if I change my itinerary. :wavey:

Yes you can purchase MNSSHP tickets when you get there but some dates will sell out particularly the 30th and the 31st Oct. They do limit the tickets for each night. We went on Oct 2nd last year and it wasnt crowded at all. We were right at the front for the parade with no-one behind us!!
Some dates will be busier than others though.

We really enjoyed Wolfgang Puck at DTD, lovely food and great service. Family friendly too.

If we manage to get free dining for our first week we are hoping to give Raglan Road a try, i have heard it is quite noisy but that doesnt bother us. The menu looks good.
I havent tried either Planet Hollywood or Cap'n'Jacks so not sure about those. We did do Planet Hollywood in DLP and didnt really enjoy it but its just our opinion.

Have just altered my itinerary - as I have booked us to tickets to MNSSHP on 11 October!!!! It will mean no change to our ADR's, as on that day, we have an ADR for a lunch sitting table service, so we can use our counter service in MK on that evening!!! Can't wait - spur of the moment decision to get tickets - but thought it sounded fun and my finger just pressed 'CHECKOUT' before I had time to do anything about it!!!!;) :wavey:

Hi Cerisa

Saying as you have booked MNSSHP are you still intending to do a park in the day time or will you just be going in for your ADR?

Hi Michelle - only just read your post - yes we plan to do MGM on the MNSSHP day, but only probably until about 3ish, after our ADR and any favourite rides have been done again.

Then we hope to go back to the room at POR and relax, swim and get changed into our costumes. Do you think this will be ok.

We plan not to start too early at MGM, otherwise we will be pooped!!:pgig::wave:

Hi Cerisa

I would do as little as possible on the day that you are doing MNSSHP! It's a very long day.
We plan on entering the park around 4pm with our MNSSHP tickets and hopefully staying there till midnight.
