Sorry to keep bugging people but do you reccomend making reservations for some places or just try to get in them when you are out there? We want to go to a few places such as Planet Hollywood,Bubba gumps, House of Blues to name but a few.

Also how do you go about it and how long before you go do you book?

We are staying in a villa dont know if that makes a difference?

Hi
I wouldn't worry about booking any resterants in advance unless you are going to book ADRs for a Disney meal.

Just call and book he ones you named when you get there.

If you are going to make some ADRs you can do that 180 days in advance

I only know about making reservations for Disney I'm afraid but here's how:
ADR no
001-407-939-3463

Use telediscount.co.uk for cheap phone calls (08448 610 620) then ADR no. above.
You can phone and book your reservation 180 days from the day on which you wish to dine. Use www.pscalculator.net to work this out.
When asked for reservation no. you can put in your home phone no. minus the first 0.

I just booked all my Disney World ADRs for our holiday in late September (well, all bar the last two, which fell outside the extended 180+10 day window for Disney Resort guests).

It's very sad that you need to do this, but the Disney Dining Plan (especially the free one, if that's running at the time you're visiting) has meant that it is now very hard to get walk-up reservations for any of the better Disney restaurants.

So if there's a particular WDW restaurant that you really want to try, I would suggest booking it well in advance to avoid disappointment.
