If things work out in September I may be going for a week on I drive :) having only ever stayed in villas and the RPR once, I wondered if anyone had any pool/room/ hotel facilites photos of any budget hotels on Idrive ..
I know you can see the hotel photos and a few on trip advisor but nothing is as great as an actual photograph :)
the three main contenders are Clarion Universal, Quality Inn International and best western movieland.. the clarion would be my preferred choice due to facilities but budget may choose otherwise ...
so any photos of hotels or idrive itself ? :)

Got no photos unfortunately, but we have stayed at both the Quality Inn Intl & Best Western Movieland.
I would say BW is in a better location but I preferred the rooms in the QII.
Both OK budget hotels and we would stay at both again.
Dont be afraid to ask to change rooms if you are not happy with the first ones you get. We did this at both and at BW it was the 4th room we saw before we were happy!!
If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Regards
Claire
I don't have any photos either but hve stayed at the QII and the Clarion. QI is in the more convenient location, but I liked the rooms in the Clarion better. I also preferred the Clarion as the corridors were inside the hotel (I was there only with DD 12 at the time), so I felt safer.
There was a great bar in the Clarion, very lively with friendly bar staff (I didn'tgo outside the hotel in the evening so had to go somewhere :D)

Shelly, here are a few photos of Homewood. I know that on bon voyage the hotel comes out at about 55 - 60 pounds. Is that too much? It is in a fab location too. I have also stayed in QII but although OK I will be sticking to Homewood - much better hotel

is there just the one proper bed there though mags? I would prefer 2 queens really, then we dont have to fight over the bed LOL great photos .. thanks :)
Shelly, there is the huge king bed - so comfy and the bed settee in the living area. Michael is sitting on it! I believe you can get two room suites but they are much more expensive. The bedroom is big - sorry I havent got a photo of the bathroom area. Michael said the bed settee was pretty comfy. BTW there is a TV in both the living room and bedroom.

Is it just you and your dd Shelly? Normally I like the bed to myself but Im not joking when I say that the king bed is massive and you could almost fit 4 people in it. DS and I always sleep in it and we dont even get close to each other!
