Those are the two dinner shows we're interested in seeing.

Which would you recommend?

We're all adults.

Looking for comedy and a good night out.

We went to the Pirate Show a year ago and it wasn't very good.

The one in Majorca is really good compared to that one.

The food is not half as good, we couldn't really hear it, it was cold & there wasn't really an atmosphere.

We haven't done the other one.

We have on the otherhand done the Dolly Parton one, which I didn't really fancy, but it was a good laugh. Some of it is a bit corny, but it wa still better that the Pirate Show,

haven't done the pirates show but we did the sleuths show a few years back. we loved it, good interaction with the cast and the people on our table were lovely to talk to- they were american and loved our accent:grin:

We have done both Pirates and Sleuths. Pirates is loud, with coldish food and audience participation that involves a lot of shouting for "your" pirate. Sleuths is funny, the cast seem to be having a good time, food is OK (but these places never have fantastic food). We really enjoyed sitting around a big table with American families comparing notes on life both sides of the Atlantic.

I have been to "Pirates" (with 2 teenagers) and would never go again. It was very much audience participation to keep spirits up. Food was not very good and drink few and far between.
Pirates seemed very desperate to keep moral up.
No atmosphere at all. Not funny.
Have heard that Dolly Parton's Dixie Parade is better than most.
Have not been though
May give it a try in April when we get there. :)
Enjoy your stay

Pirates is very very poor.

It was the only thing that I did not enjoy on our holiday. It was also the only thing that I thought was a total rip off. The food was dreadful and the service was even worse!

My two children (age 6 & 10) thought it was just about OK.

I am the sort of person who tries to look for the good in everything, however, I really can not emphasise enough how bad it was.
