To be honest, I was really disapointed with it. It's not cheap and I found it a bit like a country & western version of the good old days (If you remember that) very corny abd not very funny imho. On the other hand some people love it and go every year. So it's one of those subjective things I suppose.

We done both last year, and preferred the HDDR, a bit slap stick comedy, but thats what it is about ,taking you back to the saloon times and the kind of shows they would have. but was very good DD10 loved it and the food was actually very good
I took the kids to this last September and we all loved it........even "too cool" DD,16 loved it.
The food was a bit erm, c**p but it was worth every penny regardless. I guess it depends on your sense of humour.
We went last Easter, and I thought it was like a C&W version of the Good Old Days too! Our 6 yr old loved it though. I liked the food - I thought it was much better than we had had at Whispering Canyon a few nights earlier - but then I like Southern Fried Chicken and ribs.
