WDW here we come!

We had flights booked to Washington DC for July/Aug with the intention of going to Colonial Williamsburg etc but the more I looked into it, the less I liked the idea of it as a hol. I spoke to DW about it last night and she was thinking the same.....so we are now weekending in Washington DC (and a day there on the way back) and catching flights down to Orlando on the Sunday morning. Have booked 5 nights at DVC (3 at BWV and 2 at OKW but are waitlisted for BCV). Have also booked 7 nights at Marriott Cypress Harbour. Only need to sort out a night at Universal now for FOTL, and the first 2 nights in Washington DC. :thumbs-up

We had a really nice week in Williamsburg 2 years ago, followed by 2 weeks at WDW - best of both IMHO. I enjoyed Williamsburg much more than I thought I would and my kids did too and were only 6 and 11 at the time. There's a trippie I did at the time here (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=54862).

Sounds like a great plan :thumb: We are staying at BCV for 3 nights this trip and stayed at BWV last time. We really liked BWV so don't worry if your waitlist doesn't come through
