I know somebody out there will know the answer!!!! Are designer sunglasses any cheaper in America or am I best to buy before I go?

I just bought a cracking pair from Primark the other day £2!! I don't think you can beat Primark to be honest but it all depends what you're looking for :D

I would imagine it is like most designer items , probably not alot of difference if buying European names but buy US brands and it will probably be cheaper.

Last year I was after a pair of rayban aviator ones and they were a lot cheaper over there. Unfortunately, they looked awful on me, I have a problem with my eyebrows, they sit way above every pair of sunglasses I have tried on, and I just look odd!!!

I bought Ralph Lauren ones in the Premium Outlet - I paid in dollars what I would have in pounds here! :wavey:

We found Oakleys to be a lot cheaper than they are here.

Same here I got a great pair of Oakleys from Sunglasses Hut at Prime Outlets off I Drive. They were nearly half the price you pay over here.

Sunglass Hut did not have the pair of Oakleys i was looking for, so went to the Oakleys shop at the Florida Mall, and got the Oakleys i wanted , cost $200 and where £200 here in the UK

Depends what you want my DH got a mega bargain on Raybans last year.If it was me I would wait till you get there.

We get Ray Bans over there.. they are cheaper there. I would seriously wait.

yes both my oakleys and dh two pairs of raybans were about a third cheaper.

He bought the 2nd pair last summer claiming that he lost his 1st pair but I know they are in his golf bag so own up grumpygolfer your busted this time :d:

The raybans were a lot cheaper at the airport coming home than the florida mall.
