PGL Family Active Holidays.

Has anyone been on a PGL Family Active Holiday? We are going on one for the first time over the weekend and were wondering if anyone had any advice or tips from past experiences. We are staying at Caythorpe Court, Grantham, Lincolnshire.

My Son went on one through his school and they all had a fantastic time. I think they went to one in Devon. He really enjoyed the surfing - I am sure he did loads of activities - I can ask him tomorrow for you - he has had an early night as he has a headache and his younger Brother hit him around the head with a shoe which didnt help matters! Have you tried searching on the net for them - I am sure they had quite a good site???

Thanks for the reply. Ive got the brochure and have been on the web site but the site seems more aimed at the children only holidays rather than the familly ones. We have asked for an itinery but have had no info yet. I hope its not full of super fit families who are good at all the activities because we will be trying everything for the first time.

Just to say we are back from our PGL family Active holiday, and we all had a great time. My husband and I are full of aches and pains and are shattered but we would go again. If anyone is looking for a weekend away with the kids to do something a bit different its the place to go.
