Hi
I booked a broadway show through ticketmaster for new york, and was going to pick them up at box office. However our trip is cancelled and they were expensive.
Looked at ticketmaster site and says no refunds!
Is this right, can't see any contact number either!
thanks
Sarah
Yes I believe all sales are final with ticket master.
You could possibly arrange to get tickets delivered to you and sell them privately or contact ticketmaster and plead with them.
Yup - tickets are normally not returnable.
here is a phone number
http://www.ticketmaster.com/h/states/ny.html
if you can get your hands on the actual tickets, then maybe you can sell them? without the actual tickets that will be harder though.
I very much doubt you will get a refund even if your trip is cancelled because as soon as you clicked on purchase, you are bound by those terms & conditions. When is your trip? Have you got enough time to get the tickets sent to you and then flog them on the US ebay??

I am not 100% sure but this may be something which you can claim on your holiday insurance. It would not hurt to ask. Speak with the Virgin Insurance people direct.
