Anyone had lunch at Whispering Canyon?

I booked an adr for lunch, not dinner at the Whispering canyon. I thought the restaurant ' antics ' went on at lunch time at well, but reading someone elses post, looks like it may not.

Has anyone been for lunch?

I will be very dissapointed as this was a surprise for my hubby!

Also how is the all you can eat skillet -Looks nice!

Been twice for lunch - servers are 'barking' and great fun!

We have and I have to say we enjoyed it far more than dinner. It was quieter but it was still fun.

We had 'antics' at lunch but it is a lot quieter than dinner.
I think so much depends on the servers and whether other diners seem to be up for it.
They still do the hobby horse races at lunchtime.

did lunch there last year and booked again for this year. bit quieter than dinner, but if you show the servers you're up for a laugh they'll torment you! my sister had the all you can eat skillet, and after her third helping of mashed potatoes was introduced to the entire room as superhero Potato Woman, which they kept up for the rest of the meal. great laugh.

We went for lunch in January and there was loads going on , but as we havent been for dinner I cant compare. there was lots of shouting and games and people being silly. We had the skillet and it was fantastic !!!
