Cayo Coco is stunning!
We went there in 2002 and can honestly say it's the best holiday we have ever had! The beaches are beautiful and it's such a lovely island!
There were the usual boat trips ect on offer and tours around the island and to Cayo Guillermo (stayed there in 2005 and didn't think it was anywhere near as gorgeous as Coco!)
We did a fantastic island tour! Our first stop was a steam train through a sugar plantation! We then headed to a little zoo type place for lunch before stopping in Moron for a drink and a horse and carriage ride around the town! We were then taken on speed boats through the mangroves!
I can't recommend Cayo Coco enough, you'll have a fantastic time!

we went to cayo coco in 1996 and it was fantastic, really great holiday, our resort was beautiful, we did a day trip similar to Veronicas they also had trips for Havana but when we saw the small charter plane we gave it a miss it looked like it was pretty much a wish and prayer sort of flight

DH did the Havana trip, as DD was so young i thought our time would be better spent lounging by the pool, ;) and he had a fantastic time! He said it was really interesting and a really enjoyable day out!

I was booked to go here for my "last" big holiday before DD1 come along but feel pg much quicker than antisipated and had to cancel.

It will now be DH and I's first holiday without the kids when they get a bit bigger. I'm gutted I missed it, it sounds fabulous!
