How to book for free dining plan?

We plan to stay onsite for 6 nights from 29 August, and I've just read that the free dining plan will be available again for those dates next week. This question has probably been asked loads of times before, but I couldn't find the answer, so could someone who's done it before tell me what number I ring to try to book a room with free dining, and what time the lines in the US open. Any help you can give on how to go about this would be much appreciated.

i've got the free ddp for sept this year but we booked it last sept. At the time you had to book by nov 5th last year to qualify!

If you go on to Disney.com you will be able to book it online ( from Thursday 12th apparently) to qualify you will also have to buy a minimum of a one day magic your way base ticket for every member in your party.

You could use a Disney specialist travel agent to book it for you or book online at Disney.com or direct with CRO by phone. You will need to buy a package with resort accommodation and park tickets to qualify for free dining. Lines at CRO open at 12 noon our time.
